By using the LingoBinge website and extension you agree to use them for personal language learning, in line with the terms of the streaming services you watch. LingoBinge is a study aid; it does not host, modify, or redistribute any video content.

The service is provided as is, without warranty. We may update features and these terms over time, and will note material changes here.

Free public-interest service

LingoBinge accepts no payments or donations. There is nothing to buy, no subscription, paid upgrade, tip, pre-order, or card requirement. The core learning loop — graded subtitles, tap-to-translate, word saving, and spaced-repetition review — stays free.

LingoBinge is currently operated as a free public-interest project. That describes its purpose, not a registered charity or nonprofit legal status, and does not remove any consumer, privacy, store, or other legal obligations.

Reaching 10,000 activated freemium learners would only permit a new review; it would not enable charging. Any later paid capability would require separate approval, be strictly additive to the free core, and have a genuine delivery cost.
